His CD Suga Top is labeled as new Soul. Poogie Bell; ‘I rather refer to the sound of the old R&B which is actually ‘new Soul’. With this CD I found my own path and style of music. It all came together. Besides the fact that I knew which way to go, there was a really good building synergy while making this CD. I could say it costs a lot of time of making this album, but doing that where you believe in… you better can be friends with time during the creation of recording. The process of creating has no timeframe.’
